# Virtual registration system

## Virtual registration

If you win through application, you will acquire the right to own the NFT for the building. In addition, registration is required to acquire NFT rights. When registration is completed, it is registered as my asset, and if you hold the registered NFT, you can make rental income and trading income. In Open Meta City, we provide a system where you can virtually experience registration.

* Registration requires a specific cost.
* If you do not register within 30 days after winning, the NFT ownership will be automatically terminated.

**\[Registration Process]**

1. Select **\[My Assets]** from the menu at the top of the site and check the buildings you own.
2. If there is a winning building, click the '⚠️ (registration)' icon to complete registration.
3. NFTs that have been registered can receive rental income from the next day.

## NFT

The digital ownership certificate of the NFT that has completed registration is issued to the owner based on the distributed ledger of the blockchain.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://openmetacity.gitbook.io/omc-v0.7-en/platform/core-systems/virtual-registration-system.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
