Only users who hold building NFTs can receive OMC as daily rental income. The amount of OMC received depends on the grade of the building NFT, and the grade of the building NFT is affected by fluctuations in the actual transaction price of the building and the trading price in the NFT market.

The quantity of rental income by grade may be changed through a half-life period based on the circulation of OMC within the service.
